The management of the credit union is under the guidance of the Board of Directors. The Board members are elected at-large by the membership at the Annual Meeting held each February. The Board delegates the day to day management of the credit union to the Credit Union Manager, Beverly Boling.

Members of the Board of Directors are:

Roy Ramey- Board Member
David Chase - Board Member
Chris Cofffey - Treasurer
Steve Lahair- Board Member
Craig Dye - Board Member

Board meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of each month. Members are asked to submit topics of discussion to the Credit Union Manager, Beverly Boling.
