Government Employees can use the allotment system to save or repay loans at the First Kingsport Credit Union. Employees need to refer to the Postal Service Form or the Federal Government Employees Form at their work site.

The Allotment system allows you to designate funds directly from your paycheck to accounts at the credit union. You can have allotments to the following accounts:

*Share
*Share Draft
*Christmas Club
*Mad Money
*Loan Payments

You can also set up an allotment to add to a certificate account or to make a contribution to your IRA account.

The biggest benefit of having an allotment is that it "painlessly" helps you to manage your financial affairs without having to write a check, come by the credit union every payday, or pay postage. When it comes straight from your account, it just is so much easier, and it builds your savings or pays on your loans in a regularly scheduled fashion.

Contact Carrie Bowman at 423-224-2530 for more information about allotments.
