 Welcome to First Kingsport Credit Union's Home Banking product. Virtual Branch is a direct link on-line with our data processor. You will be able to access your accounts from your personal computer with a series of passwords and user ID's. Virtual Branch is a safe site, great pains have been taken to ensure your privacy.
In order to sign up for Virtual Branch, contact Carrie Bowman at 423-224-2530 or just come by the credit union office. Virtual Branch is a free service from the credit union.
PAYit- our on line bill pay service is now available. You can pay anyone from your power bill to a local florist. If the payee does not participate in the ACH network, then our computer system will write and mail a check to pay your bill.
The bill pay service is free- absolutely no charge! To join up call Carrie at 423-224-2530 or come by and sign up. Just think of all the time, stamps, effort and late fees you can save just by using PAYit!!! Please note, at the top of each individual merchants setup/change payment screen, the alloted time frame for a payment to be received. Although it may take 3 to 5 business days for a payment to be received by the merchant your account is still debited on the day the payment is sent or on the next day.
