24 hours a day, seven days a week, we do have services that let you access the credit union. Those services include:

*VIRTUAL BRANCH - Access your credit union accounts online. Transfer money, balance your check book, and more. Sign up for this free service by contacting Carrie Bowman at (423)224-2530.

*BILL PAY - Pay all of your bills on-line. There is no fee for this service. See Carrie Bowman to sign up.

*CALL UNIT - Sign up at the credit union and get a pin number. Call the call unit and by using a touch tone phone, inquire on account balances, perform transfers, find out what checks have cleared, what your direct deposit was, your loan balance, etc. It is so easy and there is no charge for this service.

*CREDIT UNION VISA CARDS - Carry the credit union in your pocket!! We offer a VISA card with no annual fee, liberal limits, a 25-day grace period, and a reasonable interest rate.

*VISA DEBIT/CHECK CARDS - This program will replace our regular ATM card program. VISA check cards are welcome at any business that accepts VISA products. You will also be able to use your VISA check card at Plus or Pulse ATM's.

*NIGHT DEPOSITORY - Use the drive-thru lane and it's just past the window.

Our regular business hours are from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
